[New Information] Public Notice and Service

Public notice and service is defined under Article 20-2 of the Local Tax Law. When the whereabouts of a taxpayer or other obligated party cannot be determined, the city may post a public notice on the city's bulletin board. Once 7 days have passed from the date the public notice is posted, the document is deemed to have been served. The document will be kept in custody by the city mayor.
