On the morning of the 27th at 9:30 AM, Shimokawa Town Certified Childcare Center 'Kodomonomori' (Principal Izumi Furuya, 64 children enrolled) held its annual 'Festival Pretend Play' event. Children participated alongside visiting parents, enjoying activities such as carrying portable shrines (mikoshi) and playing games while experiencing the festive atmosphere. The event is held annually to allow children to appreciate the festival ambiance and share joy with their friends.
