Care Cafe Nayoro Explores Support Methods with Healthcare Professionals

Care Cafe Nayoro, part of Health Heart Week 2026, was held on January 21st at Nayoro Municipal General Hospital (名寄市立総合病院) in collaboration with the 3rd Regional Care Conference. The event brought together 54 professionals and non-professionals from medical, care, fire, administrative, and social welfare sectors. Physiotherapist Kakigawa and nurse Miyakoshi presented case studies on support approaches. The cafe is part of Nayoro's Medical-Care Coordination ICT Project, focusing on heart failure management.
