While grass is classified as general waste, the invasive species Coreopsis tinctoria (Ookinkeigyiku) has extremely strong and resilient properties with high reproductive capacity, posing a risk of displacing native plants. To prevent potential impacts if seeds disperse at the Nayoro District Broad-Area Final Disposal Facility (Nayoro Chiku Kouiki Saishuushobun-jo), this species will be subject to carbonization treatment. When disposing of Coreopsis tinctoria as garbage, please follow the designated procedures.
