Junior Sports Group and Farmers Partner for Food Education Initiative - Young Athletes Harvest Pumpkins

A collaborative harvest operation between junior sports organizations and local farmers in the city took place on the morning of the 6th at Endo Farm (Endou Farm) in Chieibun district. This pilot program, undertaken for the first time to promote food education and explore new partnership possibilities, focused on pumpkin harvesting as a relatively safe activity for children. The initiative demonstrates how youth athletes can engage in agricultural work while learning about food production and farming practices.
